Directions

IN LARGE POT, SAUTE ONION IN OIL AND BUTTER. ADD CRUSHED GARLIC AND SAUTE ADD GROUND BEEF AND PORK, COOK TIL BROWN. DRAIN OFF LIQUID ADD WINE AND COOK FEW MINUTES TIL LIQUID REDUCED ADD TOMATOES,TOMATO PASTE, AND 2 LGE CANS OF BEEF BROTH,BASIL, PARSLEY, ITALIAN SEASONING CINAMMON STICK, AND BOUILLON CUBES, SALT AND PEPPER BRING TO A BOIL, THEN LOWER HEAT AND LOW BOIL FOR 3 HOURS.STIR OCCASIONALLY, MAY ADD CHEESE AND SUGAR LAST 1/2 HOUR. MAY ADD MORE BEEF BROTH IF NEEDED.
