Ingredients

  • 1

    lb. green beans

  • c. water

  • 2

    T. chopped shallots

  • 2

    T. chopped garlic

  • ¼

    C. olive oil

Directions

Place beans in saucepan with water. Heat to a boil, then stir, reduce heat and cook, covered, 3-5 minutes. Drain and place in serving bowl. In small bowl, combine shallots, garlic and olive oi, stirring to blend. Pour the dressing over cooked beans. toss and serve.
