Fish fillets, oven fried

Great with sole, perch, halibut, and salmon (and probably many more types of fish) I reduced oregano and added spices to taste, like Italian spice mixture, cumin, coriander, etc. I reduced bread crumbs by 1/3 or more and added crushed corn flakes. Cooking times vary due to thickness of fish.
