Molasses glazed onions

1/2 tsp pepper divided
1 large sweet onion thinly sliced
1 1/2 tsp balasmic vinegar
1/2 tsp molasses
6 slices bacon

Ingredients
- In a large skillet
- cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove to paper towels
- Add onion and reserved drippings to the skillet, saute until tende.
- Add the vinegar, molasses and remaining salt and pepper sprinkle with bacon.
