  • 1 - 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 1 (8z) Granny Smith apple, unpeeled
  • 3 cups finely shredded cabbage

Step 1

Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl, and stir until smooth with a whisk. Set aside.

Shred apple. Combine shredded apple and cabbage in a large bowl; add mayo mixture, and toss gently to coat.
