Ingredients
- 1/4 cup light mayo
- 1 TB cider vinegar
- 1 - 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 (8z) Granny Smith apple, unpeeled
- 3 cups finely shredded cabbage

Step 1
Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl, and stir until smooth with a whisk. Set aside.
Shred apple. Combine shredded apple and cabbage in a large bowl; add mayo mixture, and toss gently to coat.
