Ingredients
- 9 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
- 1 large tomato, finely chopped
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 3/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 can refrigerated flakey biscuits
Preparation
Step 1
1. Separate each biscuit into 3 slices and press into small muffin tin.
2. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour mixture into muffin pan.
3. Bake at 350F in oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until bubbly.
