Pistachio Bread

Ingredients

• Sugar Mixture:
• 1 yellow cake mix
• 1/4 cup water
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 cup veg. oil
• 1 small box Pistachio instant pudding mix (Dry)
• 1 cup sour
• 1/4 cup light brown sugar
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans cream

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Grease & flour two 9x5-inch loaf pans.

Sugar Mixture:
Mix sugar mixture in a small bowl, and set aside.

With a mixer, mix first 6 ingredients together until creamy.

Put 1/2 of the batter into each loaf pan, sprinkle 1/2 of the sugar mixture, batter and sugar mixture.Bake for 45 min. to 1 hour. or until toothpick inserted in center of each loaf tests done.
