  • 6 small Zucchini, cut into 1/2 inch slices
  • 2/3 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Tblsp. Butter
  • 6 Tblsp. grated Sharp Cheddar
  • 1/2 Tsp. Seasoned Salt
  • 3 Tblsp. Bread Crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Simmer zucchini 10 minutes in water;drain; turn into 8" pie plate. In a small saucepan combine sour cream, butter and 1/4 cup of the cheese, salt. Heat, stirring, until blended. Pour over zucchini. Top with bread crumbs and 2 Tblsp. of the cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until crumbs are golden. Let stand 5 minutes and serve.
