Ingredients
- 8 oz shrimp, chopped (frozen cocktail(tiny) shrimp)
- 5 oz Swiss cheese, diced
- 5 oz Gruyere cheese, diced (Tiger Gruyere that comes in six-1 oz wheels)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup mayonaise
- 1 tbs white wine (optional)
- 1 tsp dill seed
- dash of salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for at least one hour. Mound on bread squares of choice.
Bake at 450F for 6 to 8 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
