Ingredients
- 1/2 C flour
- 1 t salt
- 3 or 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 C melted butter
- 1/4 C honey or more
- 1/4 C lemon juice
- 1 T soy sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour and salt, then dip the chicken in the mixture and arrange the chicken in a baking dish. Pour melted butter over the chicken and bake for 30 minutes.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake for an additional 15 or 30 minutes, basting often.
