Preheat oven 350 F.
Place all ingredients in a bowl and toss to combine. Spoon and spread in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking tray. Bake, stirring occasionally, 20 to 25 minutes, or until nicely browned. Cool to room temperature on the tray. Serve immediately or store in a tight-sealing jar and keep up to a week at cool room temperature.
