Honey Rings

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits
  • 3 Tlbsp. Melted Butter
  • 1 Tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/3 cup sifted Confectioner's Sugar
  • Vegetable Oil for frying

Preparation

Step 1

With 3/4 inch round cutter, cut center hole from each biscuit. Let biscuits and holes stand 15 minutes. Then fry both in 1 1/2 inch of vegetable oil. Brush each while warm with melted butter. Combine honey, confectioner's sugar and cinnamon; spread lightly on doughnuts and holes.
