Grilled potatoes with rosemary

Ingredients
- salt and pepper
- 1.5 lbs red potatoes, scrubbed and sliced 1/2 inch thick
- 1.5 lbs sweet potatoes, scrubbed and sliced 1/2 inch thick
- 1/4 cup olive oi l
- 6 sprigs rosemary, leaves removed and crushed

Preparation
Step 1
Bring large pot of water to a boil. Add 2 tbsp salt and the red potatoes. Return to a boil. Simmer until just tender, 7 minutes. Remove from water. Return water to a boil. Add sweet potatoes, simmer until tender, 4-7 minutes. Drain.
Gently toss both potatoes with oil and rosemary, season with salt and pepper. Chill 1 hour.
Heat grill to medium-high. Gently toss potatoes, transfer to grill. Grill potatoes, turning, until charred and heated through, 6-7 minutes. Brush with oil from bowl.
