Skillet Chicken Parmesan

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups Prego® Traditional Italian Sauce or Prego® Organic Tomato & Basil Italian Sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/2 pounds)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese (about 6 ounces)
1.Stir 3 tablespoons of the Parmesan cheese and sauce in a small bowl. 2.Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until it's well browned on both sides. 3.Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken, turning to coat with the sauce. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. 4.Top with the mozzarella cheese and the remaining Parmesan cheese. Let stand for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
