Poppy Seed Cake

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• yellow or lemon cake mix
• 1 small box instant lemon pudding
• 1 cup water
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1/2 cup poppy seeds
• cream cheese frosting

Preparation

Step 1

1. Beat eggs. Add cake mix, instant pudding, water, oil and poppy seeds. Mix well in electric mixer.

2. Place mixture in well greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 deg. for 40 min.

3. Cool 10 min. then invert pan.

4. Frost with cream cheese frosting, you can add a little milk to frosting and drizzle over cake.
