  • Short Ribs or Lean Stew Meat
  • 3 Tbsp Browqn Sugar
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1/3 cup catsup
  • 1 med onion chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat in oil
add chopped onion,catsup,brwon sugar and vinegar to hot water.
bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer, cook covered 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until tender
