Zesty Chicken Wings *(GOOD)*

Ingredients
- 3 pounds chicken wings, cut up at joints (reserve tips for soup stock, if desired)
- 1/3 cup bottled prepared French dressing
- 1/3 cup dry white wine or water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Step 1
Place cut up chicken in Tender Cooker.
Mix dressing, wine, lemon juice and garlic salt, pour over chicken. Place a 7 Inch diameter single layer circle of aluminum boil on top of chicken. Add gasket; cover and red weight.
Microwave on high for 25 minutes. Allow yellow stem to drop. Remove red weight and uncover.
Place chicken in a heated serving dish.
In a separate container, blend 2 tablespoons cornstarch with a small amount of the liquid; stir into remaining meat juices.
Microwave liquid uncovered for 3 to 4 minutes on high or until thickened, stirring once. Pour sauce over chicken. Serve warm.
Garnish with lemon slices if desired.
