Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C chocolate chips
- 1 C peanut butter
- 1 stick butter
- 1 (14oz) box Chex cereal
- 1 lb box powdered sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Zap chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter for 4 1/2 minutes at 50% power in microwave. Stir and zap 1 minute FULL power. Fold in Chex cereal carefully. Pour into large plastic bag with the powdered sugar and shake thoroughly. Pinch clumps apart. Shake again. Refrigerate of freeze.
