Matza Balls (Mom)

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • pinch pepper
  • 2/3 butter melted
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups matza meal

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs, add water, and mix all together. Refridgerate for an hour,then make balls with water or oil on hands.
Boil in salted water for 20 minutes.
Let cool.
