Barbeque Sauce (Randy Tite)

Ingredients

  • 1 gallon ketchup
  • 1 pint corn syrup
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 3 cups cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons salt
  • 1/8 cup red cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 cup black pepper
  • 1 can beer

Preparation

Step 1

Add all ingrediants in large stock pot. Simmer on low heat stirring occasionally. Don't let sauce stick. Put in canning jars and seal while hot or store in large container in refrigerator.
