South-of-the-Border Mac & Cheese

Ingredients

  • 5 cups cooked rotini pasta
  • 2 cups (8 oz.) cubed American cheese
  • 1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
  • 1 cup (4 oz.) cubed sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (4 oz.) diced green chiles, drained
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 5 green onions, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients, except tomatoes and onions in slow cooker; mix well. Cover; cook on HIGH 2 hours; stirring twice.

Stir in tomatoes and onions before serving.
