Cheddar Fondue

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon grated onion
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pinch cayenne

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix cheese and flour until cheese is well coated.
2. In fondue pot, heat milk and onion until almost boiling.
3. Stir in cheese, a little at a time, continuing to heat and stir until cheese is all melted.
4. Add Worcestershire and cayenne.
5. Keep hot over burner.
