Pecan Pralines

  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup cream
  • 3 cups pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sugars, water and cream in a sauce pan. Cook at 234F to soft ball stage. Remove from heat and beat until creamy. Add nuts and drop by spoonfuls onto a buttered cookie sheet.
