Easy Vegetable Beef Stew

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 14 oz can beef broth
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1 10 oz pkg frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can tomatoes, cut up
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup
  • 1 tbsp dried minced onion
  • 1 tsp dried italian seasoning, crushed
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

In a large skillet cook beef until brown. Drain.

Transfer meat to a slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients to the cooker.

Cover; cook on low heat for 7-8 hours or on high for 3 1/2-4 hours.
