Ingredients
- 1 medium tomato, seeded & diced
- 1 small green bell pepper, diced
- 1 small red bell pepper, diced
- 1 small yellow bell pepper, diced
- 2-3 stalks celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- 2 T. dill pickle cubes or dill relish
- 1 cup diced ham
- Cooked shrimp (optional)
- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 2 T. sour cream
- 1 T. chopped fresh dill
- 1-2 T. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1-2 T. lemon juice
- 1 16 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni ~ cooked
Preparation
Step 1
In small bowl whisk mayo, sour cream, salt & pepper,dill, red wine vinegar, pickle cubes and lemon juice.
In large bowl combine pasta, bell peppers, celery, ham, shrimp & red onion.
Pour dill dressing over and toss to coat.
