Ingredients
- 2 lbs Ground Beef (browned and drained)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1-15 oz Can Black Beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1-2 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 1- 1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2-3 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 4-7 inch Flour Tortillas
- 1-10 3/4 oz Can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1-10 oz Can Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
- 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
- Sour Cream (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish. In a skillet cook beef and onion together, drain. Add beans, chili powder, cumin, garlic, and salt. Pour into dish. Arrange tortillas over the top. Combine soup and tomatoes and pour over tortillas. Sprinkle with cheesse. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until heated through. Top with sour cream if desired.
