Ingredients
- Boneless Cubed Chicken
- 1 tlbs Oil
- 1 cup Green and Red Pepper Strips
- 1 tlbs Cornstarch
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1 398ml can Chunk Pineapple, Reserve 1/3 cup Juice
- 3 tbsp Vinegar
- 3 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- Rice

Preparation
Step 1
Cook and stir Chicken in hot oil until brown.
Add peppers, cook & stir 1-2 mins
Mix cornstarch and Soy Sauce
Add to pan with Pineapple, Juice, Vinegar, Sugar, Giner and Garlic Powder.
Bring to boil, stirring until thickened
Serve with rice
