Stuffed Shells

Ingredients

  • 12 oz jumbo pasta shells
  • 15-1/2 oz jar spaghetti sauce
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese; grated
  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese; shredded
  • 1/4 cup parsley; chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare pasta shells and drain.

Spoon one half of spaghetti sauce into casserole. In medium bowl, combine
ricotta, and remaining ingredients, except spaghetti sauce. Stuff each
shell with ricotta mixture. Arrange shells in sauce. Drizzle with remaining
sauce.

Cook 30 minutes, until hot.
