Chicken Wild Rice Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup grated carrot
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 pkg. seasoned rice/wild rice blend
  • 1 Tbsp. chicken boullion

Preparation

Step 1

Cook rice according to package instructions.

Dice chicken and cook until brown. Add onion and celery and cook until tender. Deglaze pan with white wine. Add rest of ingredients and simmer.
