Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage
- 8-10 slices of bread, crust removed, sourdough bread works well
- 1-1/2 cups cheddar cheese
- 8 eggs
- 4 cups milk
Preparation
Step 1
Cook 1 lb. sausage and line 13 x 9" pan with it (drain sausage first). Put bread slices on top. Sprinkle with 1-1/2 cups cheddar cheese. Mix eggs and milk and then pour over cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees approximately 1 hour.
