Ingredients
- 2 large ripe avocados, mashed
- 4 oz sour cream
- 2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 2 T finely snipped cilantro
- 1 T vegetable oil
- 2 T lime juice
- 1/2 t salt
- dash of pepper
- little salsa
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate to blend flavors, at least 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips.
