Sauteed Cherry Tomatoes and White Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 t olive oil
  • 3 large scallions chopped
  • 2 t thinly sliced fresh sage
  • 3 c cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 c canned no salt added white beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/8 t salt
  • 1/8 t pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Warm oil in nonstick skillet over med heat. Add scallions and cook, stirring 1 min or until softened. Stir in the sage.

Add tomatoes and beans. Cook, stirring frequently 2 min, or until tomatoes are softened. Stir in salt and pepper.
