DELICIOUS POTATO CASSEROLE

Ingredients
- 2 lb frozen hash browns (can use with onion and peppers)
- 1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
- 1 C chopped onions or can onion rings (Durkee)
- 8 oz sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1/4 C Italian bread crumbs or Pepperidge Farm bread crumbs

Step 1
Thaw hash browns for about 1 hour. Mix all ingredients, except bread crumbs, in 9 x 13-inch ovenproof pan. Top with bread crumbs. Bake for 60 minutes at 375 degrees.
