Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast halves, boned and skinned, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 T butter
- 1/4 C Dijon style mustard
- 1 C heavy cream
- Cooked rice or green noodles
Preparation
Step 1
1. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper and cook in melted butter over medium heat until they turn golden, about 5 minutes. Transfer to heated dish.
2. Stir mustard into skillet and scrape up bits of chicken from the bottom. Add heavy cream, stir rapidly with a whisk. Reduce heat to low and cook until sauce is thick and smooth.
3. Add chicken and serve over rice or noodles. Broccoli goes well as the side dish.
