Ingredients
- 3 lb. stew beef
- 6 med. size potatoes
- 3 carrots
- 1 onion
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 can corn
- 1 can green beans
- 2 cans tomatoes (lg. size can)
- 1 bell pepper
- Salt and pepper
- 1 bay leaf
Preparation
Step 1
Brown the beef, and pour off grease. Combine all ingredients and let cook on low heat for about 3 hours.
