Ingredients

• 2 quarts beats ( washed pealed sliced)
• 3 cups vinaigrette
• 5 . Cups white sugar
• 1/4 . Cup pickling spice

Preparation

Step 1

Bring to rolling boil
Spoon into clean mason jars
Steel and let cool
