Baked Chicken Reuben

Ingredients

  • 1 27 oz can sauerkraut, drained
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 6 slices swiss cheese
  • 1 3/4 c Russian dressing

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325. Place chicken in baking pan. Sprinkle with pepper and cover with sauerkraut. Pour dressing over all. Cover with foil and bake for about 45 min. Place sliced cheese over top and cook for 10-15 min more until fork can be inserted easily in chicken.
