Ingredients
- Chocolate Glaze:
- 1/2 c packed brown sugar
- 1/3 c butter or margarine, softened
- 1 c all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 c packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 c (6 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 c milk chocolate chips
- 3/4 c milk chocolate chips
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix 1/2 c brown sugar and butter in medium bowl.
Stir in 1 c flour.
Press in ungreased 13 x 9" pan.
Bake 10 minutes.
Mix eggs, 1 c brown sugar, and vanilla in medium bowl.
Stir in 2 tbsp flour, baking powder, and salt.
Stir in semisweet and milk chocolate chips.
Spread over crust.
Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
Heat glaze ingredients in 1 quart pan over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted.
Drizzle bars with chocolate glaze.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour until firm.
For bars, cut into 8 rows by 4 rows.
Store at room temperature.
