Tangy Chicken Fajitas (Ty Suhre)

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Italian dressing
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 whole boneless, skinless chicken
  • breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place chicken, onion, and green pepper in large bowl or ziploc bag. Pour salad dressing over all and toss to coat. Cover dish and refrigerate. Marinate for 3 to 6 hours.
2. In a large skillet, heat oil. Remove chicken, onion and bell pepper from marinade and saute in oil until chicken is cooked through (juices run clear) and onion is translucent.
