Ingredients

  • lbs. ground beef

  • ½

    cup quick-cook oats

  • ½

    cup milk

  • 1

    egg, slightly beaten

  • 2

    Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

  • ¼

    cup minced onion

  • 1

    tsp. salt

  • tsp. black pepper

  • 1

    cup ketchup

  • 1

    cup grape jelly

Directions

Combine beef, oats, milk, egg, onion, salt and pepper. Blend thoroughly and shape into 1-inch balls. Brown all sides in large skillet over medium heat. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients (jelly, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce). Pour over meatballs; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
