Spinach Pie

Ingredients

• 1 package uncooked fresh spinach, chopped
• 1 8 oz. cream cheese
• 2 eggs
• 3/4 lb. sliced meunster cheese
• 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

Line a 9 inch pie plate with meunster cheese.

Mix together all ingredients except the meunster cheese.

Pour into meunster cheese lined pie plate.

Top with remaining meunster cheese to completly cover.

( Can make day before needed and refrigerate.)

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Serve with crackers as a dip.
