Ingredients
- 1/2 butter, at room temperature
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Splenda
- 2 tablespoon Stevia/FOS blend
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup sifted soy powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
- 1/2 cup walnuts
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375
With electric mixer cream butter and cream cheese until soft and well combined. Add the splenda and stevia blend, and cream until well combined. Add the egg and vanilla, and beat until well combined.
Sift the soy powder, and the re-sift with the salt and baking powder. Add the powders to the butter mixture.
Melt the chocolate and beat that in, then add the nutes and beat them as welll.
Butter or spray cookie sheets, Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
