Ken's Spicy Brown Sugar and Honey BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup chicken stock
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 Tsp Dry Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 Cup Honey

Preparation

Step 1

1.Pour olive oil in a sauce pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and simmer until lightly brown. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Simmer on low until it starts to thicken, about 15 minutes. Add Honey and mix thoroughly, allow to cool. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
