Ingredients
- 3 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 stick of butter, softened
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- dash of salt
- 1 Tbsp butter, softened
- 2/3 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Mix cream cheese, stick of butter and flour. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Press into tart pans. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into tarts. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 mins.
