Ingredients
- 1 lb. pork tenderloin
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
Combine sauce ingredients thoroughly. Coat tenderloin well with sauce. Roast for 20 to 30 minutes, basting occasionally, until meat thermometer registers 160 degrees.
Slice thinly to serve.
