Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water (110 F)
  • 1 packet dry yeast
  • 1 T sugar
  • 2 T's olive oil
  • 2 1/4 cups flour (+/-)
  • 1/2 t salt

Preparation

Step 1

In mixing bowl with dough hook add warm water, yeast and sugar - stir to dissolve the yeast.

Add olive oil, flour and salt and begin to mix with the dough hook. Mix until dough comes together and begins to climb up the hook

Remove dough to a flour coated baking mat and form it into a smooth ball.

Place dough ball into a greased bowl and cover with a clean towel. Place in a warm, draft free place for 45 to 60 minutes or until dough doubles in size.

turn dough ball onto a floured surface and roll to desired size.
