Ingredients
- 4 – 5 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, thawed
- 1/2 of an 18 oz. jar of Pineapple Preserves {use approx. 9 oz.}
- 1/2 of a 20.5 oz. bottle of Panda Express Mandarin Sauce {use approx. 10 oz.}

Preparation
Step 1
Cook chicken in crockpot on high for 3 hours {covered}
After 3 hours, drain juices from crockpot
Mix together Pineapple Preserves and Mandarin Sauce
Pour mixture over chicken, and cook on high for 30 more minutes {covered}
