Ingredients
- 5 # turkey breast
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/3 c honey
- 3 T Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
Preparation
Step 1
Remove skin from turkey and discard; season with salt and pepper.
In small bowl, mix together the honey, mustard and rosemary
Pour 1/2 glaze over turkey breast
Bake at 325 for 2 hrs. Add water to bottom of pan.
Last 15 mins brush the rest of the glaze over chicken
