Whatta Cuppa

Ingredients

  • Serve custard in individual cups or china teacups, that is. Fill a random assortment (saucers not needed) with custard. Top with a fresh berry or two and a chocolate "leaf."
  • Bay or mint leaves
  • Chocolate

Preparation

Step 1

To make the leaves, microwave a little chocolate at medium heat until just melted.

With a small brush, coat the back of a fresh bay laurel leaf (avoid covering any edges).

Place the leaf in the freezer for a few minutes, or until the chocolate hardens enough to carefully peel. Repeat with other bay leaves, taking turns painting or peeling each while they're cooling.
