Green Beans with Almonds

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs. Green Beans Trimmed.
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1/8 C Almond Slivers
  • 1/2 Clove of Garlic, Minced
  • 1/8 C Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Preparation

Step 1

Steam the green beans to desired tenderness.

Heat the oil in a large skillet. Add almonds when the oil is hot. Saute, until lightly brown and fragrant. Remove to a paper towel.

Place green beans and garlic in the skillet. Saute until hot. Add almonds and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
